I saw your blog about someone asking about using l'argenine with ED. I had a nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy in April and have ED. To make matters worse, I'm now taking Lexapro so I can't even orgasm. I could at least orgasm even though I could not get a natural erection. To complicate things, I'm a type II diabetic. Can I safely use l'argenine?
